TravelToiletryKits.com began when I was preparing for a short business trip to Chicago. Like many regular air travelers, I prefer to keep most of my personal care items in my carry on bag, in case my luggage doesn't make it to my destination with me, or worse yet, not at all. And I had recently read about the Transportation Security Administration requirements, and the 3-1-1 rule, so I went to a local drugstore in attempt to find travel size versions of my favorite brand of deodorant, mouthwash, toothpaste, etc. Unfortunately, that store did not stock travel sizes of any popular brands, let alone the ones I wanted. So I went to another store, and found only one of the items in the required size. It wasn't until I had visited five different stores, over several days, that I was able to track down the majority of the items that I wanted. Even then, I never did find everything so I just gave up and decided to try to get the remaining items when I got to my destination. It was then that I thought, "wouldn't it be great if there was one place you could go to get travel size versions of all of your favorite personal care products? That is how TravelToiletryKits.com was born.

As soon as I returned from the trip, I began planning the creation of this website. I discussed it with several colleagues, friends, and clients who travel regularly, and they all seemed genuinely excited about the idea. I then set about to do the required research and preliminary work to line up suppliers, etc. And now here we are-TravelToiletryKits.com. Since we first went online, we have polished off the rough edges, expanded our inventory several times, and received a lot of positive feedback. Many of the items we offer are not available for retail sale anywhere else. And our offerings continue to grow with the help of our customers' input.

As always, our main focus is keeping our customers happy. We believe in answering customer emails and phone calls in a timely and personal manner. If a customer has special needs (overnight delivery, custom packaging, special product requests), we see what we can do to make it happen.
