Any products found to be defective will be replaced.
All shipping costs will be refunded immediately.
1. Contact us via email at the email address provided below. Include your name, order number, and reason for the return.
2. If we approve your return request, you will be sent a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
3. Authorization for returns is at OUR discretion. What constitutes acceptable grounds for a return/refund is at OUR discretion.
4. Products may be returned ONLY with prior approval and ONLY with a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number. We reserve the right to reject any returns received without prior authorization and an RMA. No refunds will be issued for products returned without authorization, regardless of the reason for the return.
5. For safety reasons, certain products can never be returned under any circumstances.
6. We cannot accept returns after 7 days from the received date.
7. Products must be in saleable condition with fully intact packaging . If any returned items are determined to be have been partially used, damaged, or are missing from the returned merchandise the return authorization will be rescinded..
8. Because some items may be purchased from our suppliers specifically to fill your order, and so may not be resellable for quite some time, if at all, we reserve the right to assess a restocking fee, not to exceed 20% of the original order subtotal (not including shipping and/or sales tax), for any returns that are approved and accepted.
9. Shipping costs for returns are to be paid by the customer who is returning the items. We DO NOT accept C.O.D. returns.
