Standard Shipping:

All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground unless by special request. All Ground shipments go out within three business days of the order being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday. Note: Certain products cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses. (see below).

Expedited Shipping:

Customers also have the option to pay for expedited shipping (FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Express Saver 3 Day). All expedited shipments placed before 3PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) go out the same day. Orders for expedited shipments placed after 3PM ET go out the next business day.

For FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Express Saver, the 2 or 3 days does not include the day it was shipped nor does it include Saturdays or Sundays. Thus, if you place a FedEx 2-Day order on Thursday at 4pm, it will go out on Friday and be delivered on Tuesday by 4:30pm.

All expedited shipments are delivered by FedEx before 4:30pm on the scheduled delivery day.

Overnight Shipping / Saturday Delivery / Special Circumstances:

P.O. Box Shipping:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Sorry.

Shipments to Armed Forces:

We do ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please note that when you check out you must put APO/FPO in the 'City' field.  In the 'State' field, if your address is ‘AE,’ then choose ‘Armed Forces Other Area,’ or if your address is ‘AP,’ then choose ‘Armed Forces Pacific’ from the dropdown list. If the postal code / zip code you have begins with a ‘9’, then your order will be shipped out via the military post office in San Francisco;, if it begins with a ‘0’ then it go out via the military post office in New York. If you are stationed in the US, then you can choose 'Armed Forces America'.

International Shipments:

We do ship to Canada. All shipments to Canada are via USPS First Class Mail International, Priority Mail International, or Express Mail International. Note: Certain items we offer require special handling when shipped internationally (see below). If only part of your order requires special handling, that part of your order will be shipped separately. Otherwise, we do not ship internationally.

Some items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses:

Several items that we stock (hairspray, shave cream aerosol, other aerosols, items with antibacterial alcohol content, etc.) are considered hazardous materials by the U.S. Department of Transportation and so require special handling. Consequently, we can only ship these items to addresses in the US and Canada. They cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or APO/FPO military addressess.

Shipping to Prisons:

We do not ship to prisons.
